You can usually find out which version of software you have by choosing Help
from the main menu of your software and click the About... option.
Course content is flexible and can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Just pick out the topics that you are particularly interested in and let us
know.
Courses can be run for one person or groups of up to
6.
Training can be arranged for one company at a time. This ensures
that any "real life" examples of work are relative to your business.
Training can normally be arranged within 2 - 3 weeks. Shorter notice
is sometimes possible. Mention any time constraints or preferences when
enquiring, and we will try and accommodate your requirements.
Discuss with us what it is you need to do and consultancy can normally be
provided either on an hourly or daily rate basis.
Computer equipment can be provided for on-site courses, though often
organisations prefer to use their own in order to maximize the use of their
own data as examples.
A good starting point is an introduction to the computer itself - what the
different parts of the computer are for, the keyboard and terminology.
The next step would be some tuition in using Word, this will show you how to
type letters, print envelopes, and quick ways to minimise the amount of
typing. If using the Internet and E-mail are of interest, then this can
be covered as well. Usually, a one day session will get you up and
running.
