Byte Size Sessions

Two hour sessions covering a few specific topics in detail presented to groups of up to 6 people.  Notes on shortcut keys and quick tips are given to each student.   The same session can be repeated up to three times in one day, enabling a large number of people to benefit without having to take a whole day out of their schedule

Converting to 2007

Half a day of updating staff on the differences between older versions of MS Office and the 2007 version.  If you are upgrading, you may prefer to have a few days of desktop support, enabling users to ask specific questions of a floor-walking trainer
